List Encar equipment options

GET/korea-options

The dictionary that names the option codes of Encar listings.

Returns one top-level JSON array with no data wrapper and no pagination. Each option has id, code, name_original (Korean), name, section and section_name, plus sort, image, description and location where available.
Match code against lots[].details.options (standard, choice, tuning, etc) of an Encar listing. The dictionary lists every option, not the ones a car has.
Cache it and refresh it now and then.
