List US states and Canadian provinces
GET
/usa/statesPage size 200State or province dictionary for auction locations.
- Omit country for the United States or set country=ca for Canada (us and ca, case-insensitive). An unsupported code returns HTTP 400.
- Each record has id, name, code where available and
country_id. Pass the id to/usa/cities/{state_id}; use the code asstate_codeon/cars.Fixed page size of 200 withnext_page_url.
