List cities by state or province

GET/usa/cities/{state_id}Page size 200

Cities that belong to a US state or Canadian province.

Pass the internal state id from /usa/states as {state_id}, not an abbreviation such as CA or FL.
Each city has id, name, state_id and country_id. Fixed page size of 200 with next_page_url. A state with no cities returns an empty data array.
