List Copart and IAAI branches

GET/usa/branchesPage size 200

Auction-branch dictionary for both sources.

Omit domain_id to list both platforms, or use 3 for Copart and 1 for IAAI. An unsupported source ID returns HTTP 400.
Each record has the internal branch id, domain_id, name, branch number and source link where available. Fixed page size of 200 with next_page_url.

Page number, starting at 1. Omit to request page 1.
