List vehicle manufacturers

/manufacturers/{type}Page size 1000List manufacturers and the catalog IDs used by the search and model endpoints.
- Set
{type}to cars, motorcycles or all. Each item has id, name, a brand image where available,models_qtyandcars_qty. For example, BMW has ID 16. - Sorted by name with a fixed page size of 1000.
cars_qtyreflects active inventory for the sources available to you and manufacturers with zero inventory may appear. The catalog is cached for up to 24 hours and takes no source filter. - Use an item's id in
/models/{manufacturer_id}/{type}or asmanufacturer_idon/cars.
