List damage types

GET/usa/damagesPage size 200

Damage-name dictionary used by Copart and IAAI vehicle records.

Each record has id and name. To filter /cars, pass a damage name or substring in the string parameter damage; the search does not take a damage ID.
Returns data and native pagination fields such as current_page and next_page_url, not links and meta. Fixed page size of 200; a null next_page_url marks the end.
